Shipping
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving order. For domestic orders we offer USPS Ground and Priority Mail services. Deliveries will take approximately 7 – 10 days for ground; and 4 – 7 days for Priority Mail. For orders to Hawaii it may take additional 3 days. All orders are shipped directly from California.

Returns
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items to get authorization code for items to be returned. Items may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund of the product purchase price if they are in their original good condition. Return items must be sent within 5 days after receipt of authorization code, and we process the exchange or refund after we receive the returned item.
For damaged items please retain the original packaging, after we received the damaged item it will be repaired or replaced. Buyers are liable for shipping and handling charges incurred in the return and reshipping process.
Tax
All shipments to California residents will be charged a sales tax of 9.75%.
