Precious Pollabies ®
I create fun and adventure with the Precious Pollabies ®, Bobo and Tashi,
Chinese-American twin sisters and their friends to promote diversity,
multi-cultural awareness and imaginative play. Bobo is
styled in red brocade Chinese pajamas and tiger shoes, and Tashi
is wearing a traditional Tibetan dress and apron. They are
the main characters of Grandfather's Treasure Box, a
children's storybook that about Friendship and Courage.
The Storybook:  Grandpa’s Treasure Box – the Adventures of Bobo & Tashi
I am the author as well as the
illustrator of an original storybook Grandfather's Treasure Box. This is a book about a group of children and animals with protective powers in an adventure story about Friendship, Compassion, and Truth. Asian-American twin sisters Bobo and Tashi opened the doors of the treasure box given to them by their grandfather to discover a magical land of wonderous people and animals. The story promotes multi-cultural learning through lively characters and a superb denotation of Chinese and Tibetan mythology. About Pauline: 
I received my
Practice of Art degree from Mills College in California and my Fashion Design
associate degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New
York, and trained for one year at the Ecole Nationale des Beaux
Arts in Paris. During the span of my career, I have worked
as a designer, a fashion buyer, merchandise manager and
consultant for major European and Asian companies. In 2005
I started my own company, Paulinpo Design, to design and
distribute fashion accessories and lifestyle products. My
latest project is designing dolls and writing children's
storybooks.

Paulinpo Design 
The company was
initially established in 2005 to bring fashion and lifestyle products from around the world to customers who have a special taste and sensitivity for high quality and unique products.
In January 2006 we launch our own brand: Precious Pollabies ® in the United States’ market with the first set of collectible dolls and a soon-to-be published children’s storybook.
I stand behind the Paulinpo Design Company, my vision is to create a fun product that can be shared by
both children and adults, bridges cultures and brings people of various interests and ethnicity
together. My goal is to use Precious Pollabies ® as a platform to encourage children to communicate and express themselves through art and play.
I work toward enhancing and enriching people's life
experiences through the development and implementation of
special art activities, seminars and interactive workshops.
